These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Itemise website, waitlist and app (the "Service"), provided by Coding Warehouse Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 11913265) with its registered office at 1007 London Road, Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, SS9 3JY, United Kingdom. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Itemise helps you create marketplace listings (such as for Vinted) by analysing photos of your items and generating titles, descriptions and other listing fields. Itemise is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vinted or any other marketplace.

The Service is currently in a pre-launch / early-access phase. Features, pricing and availability may change, and parts of the Service may be unavailable or change without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Waitlist & early access

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any particular features or pricing. We may contact you about launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (including sending it to our AI processing provider to generate listings).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or any law.

AI-generated content

Listings are generated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of generated listings, and you remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any marketplace where you post them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or offensive
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Misuse the Service in any way that could damage or overload it

Subscriptions & payment

Itemise offers free and paid plans. Where paid plans are purchased through the Apple App Store or another platform, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by that platform and subject to its terms. Plan features and prices are described in the app and may change over time.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Coding Warehouse Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of sales, or loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
